Hello, I’m Maira
Designer, mom and creator of PatronAmigurumi.top
My name is Maira. I am a web and graphic designer, but the title I carry with the most pride is mom. That role was the beginning of my love for crochet and for the little handmade dolls that are now part of this website.
That is how I discovered the world of amigurumi. At first, I knew almost nothing: I learned through practice, tutorials, trial and error, and many undone rounds. Over time, I understood that every stitch also teaches patience.
Little by little, my home began to fill with handmade dolls, ideas, colorful yarn and new projects. What started as a personal search became a space to support other people who also want to learn, get inspired and create with their own hands.
That is how PatronAmigurumi.top was born: a website created to bring together useful content about crochet, amigurumi, techniques, materials, tips, creative ideas and resources that can help both beginners and those who already love this world.
A message for you
I am a somewhat shy person, so instead of filling this page with photos of myself, I prefer to share something that represents this journey much better:

I want this image to be a reminder that everything is a process. If you are just starting, do not get discouraged. If a project does not turn out well, you can unravel it and begin again. Every stitch is a lesson, and with practice, you will be surprised by what your hands can create.
Our Mission
My goal is for PatronAmigurumi.top to be a clear, warm and useful place to learn about crochet and amigurumi, find inspiration and improve each project step by step.
Here you will find explanations, tips, ideas, material recommendations, educational resources and content created to make crocheting simpler, more beautiful and more enjoyable.
Editorial commitment:
At PatronAmigurumi.top, we are dedicated to creating original guides, step-by-step tutorials and technical reviews based on our own crochet experience.
We work to make every post unique, clear and easy to follow, sharing our practical knowledge and exclusive tips to enrich the learning experience of the crochet community.
Thank you for being here and for being part of this beautiful crochet community.
A yarn hug, MairaContact Me
